Last weekend, four intrepid sailors spent 24 hours in a liferaft off the sea-wall at Brighton Marina to raise funds for a marine charity charity Sail 4 Cancer.  The team of four raised an impressive £3,000 for Sail 4 Cancer – a great little charity who make a real difference to the lives of people affected by cancer.

In support of Sail 4 Cancer’s efforts, 200m2 Exhibition Stands is staging an exhibition stand hire promotion for the charity’s benefit.  Rather fittingly, until the 24th of December 2012, 200m2 Exhibition Stands will pass 10% of all exhibition stand rentals to Sail 4 Cancer for all orders received before Christmas Day.

Commenting on the promotion, Tim Cronin, Managing Director of 200m2 Exhibition Stands said “having been on survival training courses when I was in the Royal Navy, I know how tough this challenge was… especially in November.  In an attempt to boost the funds raised, we’ll happily donate 10% of any exhibition stand hire orders made before the 24^th of December 2012 – all people have to do is mention the word ‘liferaft’ when making an enquiry!”

Sail 4 Cancer’s Liferaft Challenge is scheduled to take place over several weekends in November.  The Brighton event, which 200m2 Exhibition Stands is sponsoring, will take place this coming weekend over the 10^th and the 11^th of November.  The event’s main objective is to raise awareness of the 1,000 people who are diagnosed with cancer in the UK every 24 hours.

In support of Sail 4 Cancer’s 24 Hours In A Liferaft Challenge, 200m2 Exhibition Stands will donate 10% of the total value of any exhibition stand hire orders received before 24December 2012.

200m2 has announced a ‘zero fee’ exhibition stand hire promotion for the last quarter of 2012.  The first ten companies to contact 200m2 with an exhibition stand hire enquiry before the end of December 2012 will receive a free five day rental – based on 200m2’s introductory 4m x 4m modular exhibition stand concept.

Subject to stand availability, this promotion is open to all UK based organisations that are planning a UK based exhibition before the end of June 2013.  The offer is based on 200m2 Exhibition Stands’ standard 4m x 4m modular stand concept.  Although smaller dimension stands are available with the promotion, larger sizes may incur an additional charge.

The free stand hire promotion assumes that customers will order and pay for the graphic panels, which simply clip in place between the TRUSSwire and CROSSwire frameworks, through 200m2.  A two week lead-time is required to produce exhibition stand graphics through 200m2 Exhibition Stands’ own print network.

In addition, those organisations which benefit from the free exhibition stand hire promotion will be required to have adequate insurance in place.  A holding deposit will also be required to the value of 50% of the retail value of the loaned stand.  In addition, the organisation being loaned the stand will be responsible for any logistics and floor space costs.  Although 200m2 can assist with installation and break-down, a small charge for this service will apply.  All other costs associated with the exhibition are the responsibility of the organisation making use of the modular stand.
